The Herdman Association’s AGM will be held on 5th November at 12 noon.
We encourage all members to come along.
This is especially important this year as you will be asked to approve the winding down of the existing Association and its replacement with a new registered charity, The Herdman Association CIO (charity number 1214325). More details will be given in the AGM papers and questions can be asked on the day.
