EWHURST WINE EVENINGS*
Open to All Residents – No Membership Required
WELCOME TO EVERYONE IN EWHURST GREEN, THEIR FAMILY AND FRIENDS
Held on the last Friday in the month+ between 7:30 and 9:30pm
- £7.50 per person on entry – cash only, please.
- To ensure there is enough wine to go round, it’s always best to let the host know that you’re turning up. There is a group email issued to ‘regulars’ prior to the event, so if you think your contact details may not be on the list, just let Peter L (01580 830524) know and ask to be added.
The evening is an opportunity to sample a small selection of red and white wines – all of which are available from local supermarkets and other outlets – whilst spending a couple of hours meeting up with old friends, making new ones, and catching up with local news.
At the end of each of these evenings, volunteers are sought to host the next event, bringing their choice of wines and something to ‘cleanse the palate’ in between tastings.
All the food, wine and hire of the Pavilion is funded from the takings at the door that evening.
