YOGA

Boost your wellness, strength, balance and flexibility by joining one (or more!) of Lucy’s regular Zenful Yoga classes:

  • Monday classes 08:30-09:30 and 09:45 to 10:45
  • Wednesday class 08:30-09:30 (w.e.f. 4 March) – a slow, low impact class with a gentle tempo focussing on alignment and building strength through deep muscle engagement whilst creating a beautiful mind-body connection.
  • £10 per class (cash on the day or online booking of £100 for a block of 10 classes)
  • Please bring your yoga mat, blanket and any props you may have: blocks, straps, pillows.
